传感器使用说明及注意事项：

尊敬的用户！请您在使用本厂产品前，详细阅读说明书，以便获得更多帮助信息。
本公司的产品在制造过程中已经进行了*的密封防护处理，当出现故障时，请不要敲打梁体或擅自打开传感器防护盖板维修，更不允许随意拆卸零配件。

注意事项：
1、传感器属于高精度测试元器件，为**测量的精确度，应控制力的传递不受偏心负荷与侧向的影响。在测试过程中，应**外作用力的作用线与传感器受力轴线重合。并按照传感器梁体上标注的受力方向使用。
2、在安装传感器时，应避免剧烈撞击或强拉硬拽导致梁体或引线损坏。长期不使用，应在-10°C~65°C，相对湿度不大于75%的环境中存放。
3、严禁在装有传感器的承载装置上进行各种焊接作业。
4、所测量的载荷应该为传感器额定量程的80%为宜，严禁**载使用。
5、没有进行特殊处理的传感器不得水下使用。
6、传感器的自然输出为mV量，改变传感器导线长度会影响传感器输出量的大小，根据现场使用要求可选装变送器，使其输出为0----5V,4----20mA或者数字信号。
导线应连接可靠，不得与其他金属导体相接触。
如订购多台传感器并和变送器、仪表等设备成套使用时，必须按标签指示的编号一一对应使用。?
